The Knoxville Chamber is pleased to announce Lirio as the recipient of the Pinnacle Business Award in the Mid-Sized Business Excellence category. Lirio is a behavior change artificial intelligence platform that communicates with patients in a new way. The Mid-Sized Business Excellence Award, sponsored by Workspace Interiors, is given to an East Tennessee company that has scaled their business, shown consistency, and is recognized in their respective business sector.

Lirio delivers personalized communications to drive health consumers to perform a desired behavior. The communication a consumer receives can be sent through several channels, including but not limited to email, text, and push notifications. The content is designed by Lirio’s behavioral science team that aims to understand all the barriers that prevent a patient from engaging in their care and the right behavioral science solution to address the barriers. Lirio then uses artificial intelligence to personalize the consumer experience and move people along their unique journeys to better health.
