Dr. Bucher, an internationally recognized expert in motivation science and behavioral product design, leads Lirio’s behavioral science team, where she develops AI-powered Precision Nudging solutions that enhance health outcomes through behavior design. She co-directs Lirio’s behavioral reinforcement learning lab and supports a $7.3 million Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health initiative with Vanderbilt to improve healthcare chatbot reliability.
