Permission-Based Marketing Policy
Please don’t use Lirio products or services to send anything offensive, to promote anything illegal, or to harass anyone. You may not send:
- Emails offering to sell illegal goods or services
- Emails that violate CAN-SPAM laws
- Pornography/sexually explicit content
Spam is unsolicited commercial email, junk mail, or bulk mail that has not been requested by the recipient and there is a specific set of guidelines provided by the US government that defines spam. In addition to being perceived as intrusive, irrelevant, and often offensive, it is also typical that spam emails do not contain an option to unsubscribe from the mailing list. Simply put, spam is the opposite of permission-based emails — those that are requested, anticipated, personal, and relevant.
Preventing Unsolicited Emails
You may not use Lirio or the products or services provided through or in connection with Lirio to: send unsolicited bulk email, for commercial or non-commercial purposes, that violate CAN-SPAM laws.
Also, users must accept that an unsubscribe or opt-out option will be automatically appended to every email sent via Lirio. This is not an option. In the event that a user violates any one of our usage rules, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Lirio, Lirio reserves the right to suspend or terminate, without notice, access to the user’s account and all related data.
Responding to Unsolicited Email Complaints
If a complaint is received regarding unsolicited emails being sent from our Lirio tools, an immediate investigation may be undertaken.
* Termination of account – If notifications of unsolicited emails continue after the warning, the user’s account privileges will be suspended and eventually terminated and any fees paid to date will not be refundable.
