“Leadership is not about titles, positions or flowcharts. It is about one life influencing another.” — John C. Maxwell

Raymie McFarland is Lirio’s Chief Growth Officer. With almost three decades of experience across the healthcare ecosystem — including leadership positions in life sciences, payer, and provider spaces — his breadth of knowledge and skills makes him well-suited for a role that spans commercial growth, marketing, and client success.

Besides raising four sons, Raymie considers publishing scientific research measuring both clinical efficacy and financial ROI some of his most rewarding work.

Raymie believes growth teams have not only business goals, but often educational ones — especially in the realm of innovative artificial intelligence capabilities in healthcare. He joined Lirio to help cultivate the narrative around patient-centered AI. “There are tons of workflow AI companies, but at Lirio we put the patient front and center, like it’s supposed to be,” he says. “Patients are not just a number, they are people and individuals, our neighbors and our family. I want my family to be treated based on their specific needs and that’s what Lirio does. We interact with each patient as if they are the only ones being treated, a true N of 1.”

When he’s not at Lirio HQ in Tennessee or his home office in North Carolina, Raymie is at the gym or on an outdoor adventure. Hiking and snowboarding are his favorites.
