Ms. Tipton joined Lirio in January of 2023 as the Head of People and Culture. She is responsible for driving a comprehensive HR strategy to attract, develop, and retain talent across an increasingly competitive workforce. She oversees all HR functions for Lirio.

Ms. Tipton holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Tennessee and an MBA in Business Administration from Trevecca Nazarene University. She also holds PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and SHRM-SCP (Senior Human Resource Professional) certifications. Ms. Tipton has over 17 years of full cycle Human
Resource Experience.

Fun Facts:

Favorite Music: Country Music fan as I live in Music City.

Favorite Thing as a Child: Playing outside with friends and backyard basketball with the neighborhood boys. Going to the lake in the summer with family.

Special Hobbies/interests: Running, I have run 3 marathons and I can’t even count the number of half Marathons. I love spending time at the lake in the summer.

Location: Middle Tennessee Native. Grew up in Franklin, TN, and now live in Brentwood.

Other Fun Facts: I am Married with 3 kids – 2 Boys and 1 Girl. I love to watch sports with my kids and am a big VOLs fan.
