“Work ethic is giving great effort to complete a task. Passion is giving great effort to advance a Cause.” —Simon Sinek, author

Christopher “Chris” O’Reilly is Lirio’s Chief Growth Officer.

He has 30 years of experience in the healthcare technology space, working across the ecosystem with providers, payers, pharmacy benefits managers, durable medical equipment companies, and more. Chris has deep experience transforming clinical and financial outcomes, and is particularly passionate about working in the patient/member engagement space – which is one of the primary reasons he joined the Lirio team.

Besides commercial growth, Chris has a strong belief in personal growth, and is a fan of authors Simon Sinek (Start With Why, The Infinite Game) and Bill Perkins (Die With Zero). He’s a Boston College graduate and Greater Boston native who moved back home after his career brought him to Southern California and Chicago. Chris and his wife have three adult children who are almost as competitive as he is.

Chris grew up playing every kind of sport imaginable, and still plays hockey. When kicking back, he enjoys the beaches of Cape Cod and New Hampshire with his family. When he’s driving to the beach or the rink, you can find Chris listening to 80s first wave and 90s grunge music.
