As CRO, Michael drives scale and profitability by professionalizing Lirio’s go-to-market strategy and sales function. Key to these efforts is the creation of new revenue diversity, a predictable and repeatable sales engine, and service standards that assure incredibly high retention rates. Ultimately, the construction of worldclass service and sales organization is his top priority.

Favorite artist: I enjoy listening to classic rock (The Stones, Beatles, Pink Floyd), singer/songwriters (Jason Mraz, Ed Sheeran, John Mayer), and Irish folk music (The High Kinds, The Dubliners). 

Favorite thing as a child: I remember, as a young child, going to work with my dad. In hand, I’d have my Hardee’s bag containing breakfast and my hard-cover briefcase which contained my paint by number books. My dad was a model of what a hardworking, consistent, and caring man looked like. 

Special hobbies/interests: I love soccer (football). I enjoy waking up early and cheering on Chelsea FC on weekend mornings. I also enjoy playing my trumpet whenever I can thread the needle of my four children’s nap schedules. Lastly, spending time with my family and watching my four children grow into real humans is amazing.  

Location: I have spent most of my life in Wisconsin and Chicago. I currently reside in Stevens Point, Wisconsin with my wife and our children. 

Other: I am obsessed with all things Disney. Since childhood, I’ve been to Disney World dozens upon dozens of times. Taking my kids to the Magic Kingdom and Epcot now has added a new dimension to the Disney experience.
